Positives: Called in to look the shop over, got into a conversation regarding an Eheim canister filter that I had where the outlet had snapped off and the fact that my current aquarium supplier had told me I wasn't covered by a warranty, Rod immediately took all my details got in touch with his Eheim representative and I now have a new top to the canister...unbelievable, real professional customer service, can't recommend Rod more highly a true professional.
