Some people like square lines and don't feel that a traditional round Jelly tank will suit their decore and tell us they have heard jellies can not be kept in a tank with square corners and ask if that's true. 

No,  it is not true that Jellies can not be kept in a square tank, (Providing it is designed correctly), and this tank goes beyond the barriers of a traditional tank.

The full life  support system built in assures you the ability to house larger sizes and number of Jellyfish giving a more densely packed look of Jellies that smaller tanks can not support.

Built in the UK, and designed exclusively by a professional Aquarist with over 30 years experience in designing and running saltwater aquariums of all types and sizes, this Jellyfish System was specifically designed to incorporate all of the crucial  elements and latest technology required for keeping jellyfish successfully. And not just for a few months like many less advanced systems, but for their entire life span, whilst still making the system incredibly simple to use and maintain, even for a complete novice.

There are two standard sizes and one custom version. The 80 Litre Desktop version (shown above but comes without cabinet) is  perfect  for situations where size and space availability are an important factor and can be placed on a counter top, desktop, bar, or table etc. The larger 220 Litre Jellyfish Aquarium with combined protein skimming and optional cabinet is perfect for those who are looking for maximum impact and presence whilst still being of manageable proportions. And finally we have the custom floor standing or cabinet mounted 650 Litre system (Due for final release early 2015) for those wanting a showstopper. 

The 650 is a visual feast in all respects, from its commanding physical size and CNC machined architecture, to its stunning curves and exquisite hand polished lustrous finish. Regardless of size, all of the aquariums within the range feature the same dedication to exquisite design, cutting edge technology, unsurpassed build quality, and style.

Each of the aquariums in the range are designed to factor all key aspects essential for long term Jellyfish care. These include, an efficient easy to manage multi-stage filtration system incorporating equipment from a world renowned German filtration expert, is capable of maintaining water quality of a high standard without the need for excessive water changes or management on the part of the owner.

Advanced features include surface skimming to remove and maintain a clear surface layer for greater gas exchange and pH stability, combined with bottom scavenging to maximise water purification at all levels within the aquarium. And a large volume bio-media chamber with enough capacity to further increase filtration capacity. A fail-safe full surface area zero-risk separation screen that allows constant maximum flow of water from the main display to the filtration area without the risks of gradual clogging or channeling, thereby negating any risk of Jellyfish becoming stuck to intake grills or other areas. A computer designed wide flow dispersal system that generates just the right amount of motion with smooth characteristics, tied to a specially designed main body which converts that flow into the crucial vertical 'Kreisel' circular flow pattern essential for Jellyfish keeping.

Getting the mechanics right was only part of the process however. Not only did we want to build a system that works superbly even in the hands of a first time keeper, we also wanted a system that is at the very top end of the scale when it comes to style, finish, and material quality. Even the baby of the family, the 80 Litre uses a full 8mm thick cast acrylic shell, with 5mm thick top covers, top brace and diffuser plate which are 40% thicker than required, giving the whole aquarium a solid and purposeful feel, combined with an incredibly high safety factor.

All components are machined to high standards by CNC before being carefully tested for fit and assembly. Finally, the aquarium is put through a full polishing process that sees seam edges virtually disappear, and outer surfaces with an incredibly deep lustrous shine.

Of course it wouldn't be complete without an equally sleek and stylish lighting system, so we incorporated an ultra-slim fully adjustable  RGB LED array that offers complete remote control over a multitude of differing colour profiles and transition modes so no matter what your mood or surroundings, you will always be able to choose the perfect lighting scenario. We even thought to provide a handy recess for the remote to live in when not in use.
